Account & Security

On registering with DF3 directly or through any authorized third parties as engaged by DF3, you become a registered member of DF3 and hold an account on the website which represents that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and the password. If you have supplied us with your correct email ID then you will receive your order details via email. You solely own the rights of the account. DF3 will not be responsible for any misuse of the account. Any account activity found violating the policies of DF3 will stand canceled and may result in the termination of your account/ membership.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on DF3 are registered trademarks of DF3, its affiliates, and other respective third parties. Membership Eligibility

Persons who cannot enter into legally binding contracts by the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents, etc. are not entitled to use DF3. The Site is freely accessible to the End User, however; the End User will have to register with DF3 and create their registration account before any purchase of products. All registration information must be correct, complete and promptly updated by the End User.

Pricing & Offers

We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, but some technical or typographical errors may occur. In such an event DF3 reserves full rights to cancel such your order(s). Our offers/discounts are not sitewide and they are valid only for a limited period. We are not responsible for the validity of coupon codes and the availability of offers displayed on third-party websites.

Cancellations

Orders once placed at df3trends.com cannot be cancelled.

Returns

You can return the product to us within 10 days of purchase. We accept returns only if you have received a defective item or a wrong Product as of now. We do not accept normal returns. We do not provide exchanges. In return, the goods should be in their original packing condition as received along with all the accessories (clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted. Make sure you send the original invoice as well as the “Proof of Dispatch” issued by our logistics partner for processing the Refund.

Refunds:

All refunds will be directly credited to your bank account associated with the Credit card, Debit card, Net banking account, or UPI used for online purchases at df3trends.com. Otherwise, if you have ordered using cash on delivery then please contact our customer care and provide your bank details to get a refund. The refund amount may take up to 10 days to get credited to your bank account from the date of refund approval.

Indemnity

DF3, its officers, directors, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, or joint venture partner are not liable to you for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages and/or costs of any kind, arising from your use of this website or your breach of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

DF3 will not be liable in any way for loss, damage, costs, or expenses (including loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any failure or delay in performing any obligation under this Contract because of any event or circumstance outside the reasonable control of DF3, including (but not limited to), any strikes, industrial action, failure of power supplies or equipment, government action or Natural calamities.

This limitation of liability section shall prevail over any conflicting or inconsistent provision contained in any of the documents comprising this Agreement. We suggest you take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other items of destructive nature.

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by DF3, DF3 is not responsible or takes no liability of any kind in respect to any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:

1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s,  or

2. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Banks" and/or "Service Providers",  or

3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

4. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

DF3 makes no representations or warranties whatsoever about, and shall not be liable for, the Seller or any such Third parties, their products or services, including representations relating to non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights. Any transactions that you may have with such third parties are at your own risk. The products shall be subject to Seller terms and conditions for warranty, service, and maintenance, and DF3 does not accept responsibility for the same. DF3 also does not accept any responsibility for the usage of the products by you.
