Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations
Orders once placed at df3trends.com cannot be cancelled.
Returns
You can return the product to us within 10 days of purchase. We accept returns only if you have received a defective item or a wrong product as of now. We do not accept normal returns. We do not provide exchanges. In return, the goods should be in their original packing condition as received along with all the accessories (clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted. Make sure you send the original invoice as well as the “Proof of Dispatch” issued by our logistics partner for processing the Refund.
Refunds:
All refunds will be directly credited to your bank account associated with the Credit card, Debit card, Net banking account, or UPI used for online purchases at df3trends.com. Otherwise, if you have ordered using cash on delivery then please contact our customer care and provide your bank details to get a refund. The refund amount may take up to 10 days to get credited to your bank account from the date of refund approval.
